Tuesday Tips - How to remove fluff & hair from your clothing

Hi Freshers!

Today's tip is about how to remove annoying pet hair & fluff from your clothing. Don't you hate when you're about to leave for work when you realise you've sat on your ginger cat's favourite chair and now your newly ironed black suit oddly resembles a slightly balding tiger. Here is an easy way to quickly get rid of the hair.

You will need masking or sticky tape.

Wrap the tape around your hands with the sticky side facing up.

Wipe or pat your super sticky hands on your clothing until all the hair is gone!

If you have pets or flatmates that seem to shed an inordinate amount of hair, it would be a good idea to carry a sticky roller with you at all times. You never know when you might meet someone who is very allergic to cat hair, and your fluffy outfit sends them into an unstoppable sneezing fit! Dis-Chem and Clicks sell mini-rollers that fit right into your handbag or briefcase.

If your suit is made of wool, invest in a garment brush. Often made of velvet or soft bristle, it will keep your expensive suits and jerseys in tip top shape for years to come.
